We recommend PNG files with a transparent background, saved at 300 DPI at the final print size. We also accept PDF, AI, and PSD files, but PNG is the fastest and safest option for clean prints.
No. Do not mirror your artwork.
All transfers are printed correctly and ready to apply as received.
Most orders are produced within 1–3 business days, not including shipping time. Turnaround may vary slightly during high-volume periods, but we always work to keep orders moving quickly.
Transfers are sized by the longest edge of the design based on the size selected at checkout. Artwork is scaled proportionally and never stretched or distorted.
Our DTF transfers work great on cotton, polyester, and cotton/poly blends.
We do not recommend use on waterproof, silicone-coated, or heavily textured fabrics without testing first.
We print artwork as submitted. Because transfers are custom printed, we cannot offer refunds or reprints for customer file errors such as low resolution, incorrect sizing, or spelling mistakes.
If we make an error, we’ll make it right.
Shipping, Orders & Support
Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS, depending on order size and destination. We choose the most reliable method to ensure your transfers arrive safely and on time.
Yes. Once your order ships, tracking information is automatically emailed to the address used at checkout. Please allow time for the carrier to update tracking details.
At this time, we only ship within the United States. We may offer international shipping in the future.
Because orders move quickly into production, we are unable to change or cancel orders once they have been submitted. Please review your artwork and order details carefully before checking out.
All DTF transfers are custom printed and are non-refundable.
